WHAT IS THE WELLSPRING?

This is a cycle of 4 personalized sessions with a holistic therapeutic approach that combines various studies (see bellow) to understand and release emotional blockages that may be affecting your well-being. We focus on the mind-body connection to unlock your body's natural potential for healing and transformation.

HOW IT WORKS?

The session takes place online, lasts around 60 min, and is designed to be comfortable and relaxing. Here's what you can expect:

  1. Conversation: We'll begin with a friendly conversation to understand your background and current challenges.

  2. Relaxation: We'll take a moment for relaxation to allow your body to be open to the process.

  3. Mapping Blockages: I'll use a tapping technique to identify blocked information in the body that may be contributing to your discomfort.

  4. Sharing and Release: Once identified and released, I'll share my findings with you: when and how you felt when a blockage was created. You might remember what happened as I bring you the dates.

  5. Feeling Revitalized: By the end of the session, you'll likely feel more relaxed and revitalized. 

  6. Integrating: I recommend some quiet time for reflection afterward before rushing into other things. 60 min at least is encouraged but not mandatory.

    About Neurobiological deprogramming (ND)

    Our cells hold onto the memories of our positive and negative experiences, forming neuro pathways related to the experiences we lived. From a holistic approach, It is believed that these memories can create blockages in our energy field, which can manifest as physical, emotional, or mental problems.

    ND helps to clear these blockages by stimulating the body's natural healing mechanisms.     With that said, I strongly recommend you to not schedule anything at least 1 hour after our session. The session lasts 60min, but in some cases, it might pass this time, beyond that, you might have the need to rest for 15 min, or you might want to write down some insights you had, and therefore I encourage you to have some time for yourself before rushing into other things.

  • The number of sessions needed may vary depending on the individual and their goals. Some clients may experience significant improvements after just one session. If you never did therapy sessions focused on self-knowledge before, I would recommend you do a cycle of 4 sessions “LIFE JOURNEY”, so you can have an overview of the most important areas of your life.

  • A typical session lasts 60 min, although the exact length of the session may vary by a few minutes. I recommend you to not schedule anything right after it, as you may feel like enjoying silence afterward.

    Life Purpose Reading: no need to worry about time or timezone. Selecting a time, is only “saving your spot,” and you’ll receive your report via the email you provide within 13 days of your chosen time/date.

  • This is a spoken session, you will remain seated comfortably. I’ll guide you through a meditation that will make you feel more relaxed but still remain aware.

    Together we will talk and investigate the root cause of the issue you brought up for consultation and, with your permission, we will change and replace limiting beliefs and patterns that are holding you back from living with ease, happiness, abundance, and love.

    How does a session work?

    The consultation is done online, there is no difference in relation to face-to-face service. What is perceived is that the convenience of remote service is a facilitator for scheduling and better relaxation during the session, since there is no displacement.

    After making the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email, and soon after I will contact you to give you further instructions.

    During the consultation, we will be face-to-face through a virtual room on the Google Meet platform, in which it is possible to connect through the browser itself, without the need to download applications.

    Each consultation has a dedicated room, which means that only you and the specialist will have access to the information shared during the consultation.

    Full security: In video meetings via Google Meet, communications are established using 256-bit TLS encryption, and all shared content can be encrypted using 256-bit AES encryption and optional end-to-end encryption.

  • Mostly Thetahealing, which has its name because through meditation we get into a deep state of relaxation (theta brainwaves) and immediately experience physical and emotional well-being.

    While more relaxed, you will remain aware of everything that is happening. This is not a hypnosis by any means.

    In theta state, we are more receptive and can access our subconscious mind, and for that reason, a lot of work can be done in a short time. You can watch my video about Thetahealing here.

    If relevant, I will suggest other tools of my expertise such as bach flowers, guided meditations and so on.

  • Yes, Theta Healing is considered safe, as it is a non-invasive, holistic approach to healing that works on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. Most of the clients report a well-being state after the sessions

  • You may also experience physical sensations such as a sense of lightness or tingling as your energy shifts and balances. Overall, you will feel a greater sense of connection to yourself and the world around you.

  • Yes, as long your friend is willing to do it.

    You might be able to see somebody needs help, but you can not force the person to get help. Get clear about that.
